Throughout her professional journey, she has navigated roles in corporate, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), and the non-profit sector. Demonstrating a consistent ability to achieve challenging objectives, whether leading senior leadership teams, implementing business strategies, or driving business growth. Beyond her professional role, she cherishes a spiritual connection, embracing a wellness-centered lifestyle, all while joyfully raising two children.

Madison Gunter III has 20 plus years of experience leading global teams in the areas of supplier risk and compliance, supplier sustainability, supplier diversity, workforce diversity, offsets & countertrade, technical marketing engineering and channel business development. Three years ago Madison was asked to lead Salesforce’s Supplier Diversity, Supplier Sustainability, Supplier Community Impact, and the Racial Equality & Justice-Procurement Task Force programs. Since then his role has expanded to Global Supplier Risk and Compliance. Madison was also a small business owner, Gunter Group Inc., which has had a huge amount of success working with small, medium, and enterprise size businesses. Madison received his Masters of Business Administration from University of Santa Clara (Leavey School of Business), a Bachelor of Arts from California State University Chico, and is certified as a Telecommunications Engineer from University California, Berkeley.
