Executive Recruiter and Diversity Consultancy Green Park is the only recruitment agency to rank on the Sunday Times Virgin Atlantic Fast Track 100 league table, ranking Britain’s private companies with the fastest-growing sales. Green Park is one of 18 new London-based entrants to the league table, achieving sales of £90.1 million in its last financial year and ranking at 70th place. The consultancy boasts an annual sales growth over three years of 55% and has placed leaders across more than 55 countries.
Green Park features on the list among 29 other companies headquartered in London who together have grown their sales by an average of 76% a year, over three years, to a total of £904.1m Together they employ 3,810 people and include top brands Chilly’s Bottles, One Retail Group, Charlotte Tilbury Beauty and Beavertown Brewery.
Co-founder and CEO of Green Park, Raj Tulsiani, attributes this growth to the company’s focus on the ‘impact zone between Recruitment, Diversity and Reputation’: “As a passionate advocate of the power of diversity as a source of competitive advantage, Green Park has always placed the promotion of equality, diversity and inclusion at the heart of our business. Internally, we’re a living example of the way an organisation that encourages diversity of thought in their workforce will outperform monocultures in turbulent international markets.”
“We believe that the UK’s productivity gap can be reduced through the inclusion and engagement of all employees, therefore we have built our proposition around helping organisations build, buy and understand talent in ways that drive increased inclusion, engagement and productivity. In 2018, we placed a diverse leader on a Board every 14 days and this year we placed a diverse leader on a board every 8 days. By 2025, I want to make that a diverse person on a board every single day.”
The Fast Track 100 is sponsored by Virgin Atlantic, Barclays, BDO, BGF and N+1 Singer, and is compiled by Fast Track, the Oxford-based research and networking events firm.
