Building Business Leaders of the Future is a Leadership Programme for ambitious Ethnic Minority Business Owners.
The foundations of growing a business start with a strong leader but it’s a skill that you constantly need to nurture. This could depend on how fast your team grows or be influenced by external factors such as the economic climate. Therefore, leadership, resilience and business success come hand in hand. Building Business Leaders of the Future Programme explores these concepts by combining insights from leading academics from the Aston Business School together with the real-life experiences of entrepreneurs. The programme is designed to support businesses that are in their early-stage with identifiable growth potential. 20 successful applicants will be offered a scholarship worth 2,500 to fully cover the cost of this programme. A £300 + VAT non-refundable deposit will be required if accepted on the programme. This sum will go towards a 1-year MSDUK Membership, which is subject to participants attending 80% (4/5) of the workshops.
